Anitha Krishnan is a seasoned HR and compliance leader with 15+ years of deep, hands-on experience across India's most demanding business environments — spanning technology, retail, co-working, semiconductor manufacturing, electronics & electrical goods distribution, e-publishing, transcription services, IT & Non-IT staffing (India & US), and contract staffing. She brings to Aastha what most compliance firms simply cannot: real operational expertise, not just advisory knowledge.

Over her career, Anitha has owned and delivered high-stakes HR and compliance mandates — managing large-scale, multi-crore payroll operations, steering statutory compliance across an extensive PAN India network of locations, and successfully closing numerous statutory, RBA, ISO, IFC/J2S, SMETA/SEDEX, and SOX compliance audits, along with internal and external audits across multiple financial years.

She has led end-to-end HRMS implementations and digital HR transformations across platforms including GreytHR, Darwinbox, Keka HR, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, PeopleStrong, ZingHR, Zoho People, FactoHR, Adrenalin, Workday, Oracle HCM, BambooHR, Ramco HCM, and ADP — alongside recruitment platforms like Taleo, iCIMS, Lever, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter, and statutory compliance platforms including Complinity, LexComply, Lexplosion, and government portals across EPFO, ESIC, Shram Suvidha, MCA21, and TRACES.
